Gardaí issue appeal for missing 14-year-old Shane O’Connor (Update: Located)

Gardaí have appealed for information relating to the whereabouts of 14-year-old Shane O’Connor, who has gone missing from his home in Ballinteer.

Shane, who is the son of singer Sinead O’Connor, who recently changed her name to Magda Davitt, was last seen on Friday, 18 January at approximately 5.15pm in Woodpark, Ballinteer.

Shane is described as being 5’11” of slim build with dark hair.

He was last seen wearing a black hoodie, black Adidas bottoms with white stripes and white runners.

Anyone who has seen Shane or who can assist in locating him is asked to contact Dundrum Garda Station on 01 6665600, The Garda Confidential Line on 1800 666 111 or any Garda Station.

Meanwhile, Gardaí have also renewed their appeal for information for missing 18-year-old Dylan Keogh, who is missing from his home in Glasnevin and was last seen in the Clontarf area on 11 January.

Dylan is described as being 5’8″ in height,of slim build with dark shoulder length hair and brown eyes and was last seen wearing a navy ‘onesie’, black runners and a blue bandana on his forehead.
