Gardaí seize €1.5 million of cannabis from Dublin grow house

Gardaí have discovered a cannabis grow house in Dublin, where they made a massive drug seizure.

An estimated €1.5 million worth of cannabis is said to have been found there, with two men aged 44 and 54 arrested in relation to the discovery.

The search is part of an ongoing investigation in the sale and supply of drugs in the Crumlin District, with the grow house discovered in the Ballymount Estate in Dublin 12.

Approximately 1,500 plants in varying stages of growth were found in the grow house, along with 48kgs of vacuum packed cannabis herb and €70,000 in cash.

Gardaí investigation is on-going and updates will follow.
