Gardaí are urging people to limit their social contacts this weekend as temperatures are set to soar on Saturday. An Garda Síochána said they will be "continuing high visibility patrols" at public amenities, parks, and beauty spots across the country this weekend. Deputy Commissioner, Policing and Security, Anne Marie McMahon said that the "vast majority of people" are complying with public health regulations, however, it is important to stay vigilant.
