Germany v Netherlands off tonight because “there were concrete plans to cause an explosion”

This is scary.

It's the last thing that people wanted to hear following Friday night's attacks in Paris, but Germany's game with the Netherlands has tonight been cancelled due to security fears. The HDI-Arena in Hanover has been evacuated after a suspect item was found, alarming authorities.
