The general election will take place on February 26…
… and things are already heating up between our prospective Taoisigh.
Gerry Adams has taken to Twitter to express his distaste for the manner in which Enda Kenny announced that he would be travelling to Áras an Uachtaráin to ask for the dissolution of the Dáil in order to call a general election.
He was joined in his criticism by his party colleague Caoimhghin Ó’Caoláin.
In Dáil Chamber. 'A pathetic end 2 a pathetic term' sez Caoimhghin 2 me as T exits stage left & denies Opposition right 2 speak.

Adams is clearly miffed that ‘T’ (Enda) announced his intentions without giving anyone else in the Dáil a chance to respond. O’Caoláin had some stronger words.
This is clearly going to be an extremely contentious election.
So Enda eventually gives citizens our say! Don't waste your vote. Elect a progressive government. Vote Sinn Féin. Ádh mór oraibh.
