Multinational IT company Kellton Tech to hire 100 new employees in Drogheda

Louth will be the company’s EMEA (European, Middle East and Africa) HQ.

The global IT company, Kellton Tech, which focuses on areas such as cloud, mobile, enterprise resources, and analytics, plan to create 100 new jobs over the next five years in Drogheda.

As reported by The Irish Timesthe Kellton Tech co-founder and managing director Krishna Chintam said Ireland was the ideal choice as the company’s EMEA headquarters thanks to its broad language and vast skill range.

“As a pioneer of digital transformation, we are the market leaders in India with strong penetration in US.

“We are happy to extend our expertise to the EMEA market with Ireland as our base. We believe that this region is poised to emerge as our largest revenue-contributor outside of US.”

With the new location in Louth set to also act a Research and Development centre for Kellton Tech, the business’s chief executive added:

“Given that the US region contributes substantially to our revenue, the Ireland office will also be best-equipped to support US operations.”
