Some guy emailed every girl named Claudia at his college after screwing up on Tinder

Tinder hacks

It’s like a modern-day Romeo & Juliet, only more tragic.

Everyone makes mistakes.

Generally, the best thing to do is brush yourself off and learn from them as best you can. That’s life, right?

Say you found your potential dream partner on Tinder and absent-mindedly swiped left instead of right, thus losing them forever. That would be the end of it, surely?

Not if you’re Hayden Moll; a young student at Missouri State University who found viral fame in the wake of his genius/inspired/questionable/dodgy decision to email every girl at his campus that shares the name of his missed connection.

“Hello all Claudia’s of Missouri State,” begins the lovestruck missive. “I made a rookie mistake on Tinder. I accidentally swiped left on a Claudia’s profile (left is bad) and I really wanted to swipe right. If Tinder provided last names this would be much easier but it doesn’t, so I have to describe the profile to you.”

Moll goes on to provide detective-like details about Claudia, before helpfully providing his Instagram information, hoping that the pair will be reunited and “totally get some some donuts or something.”

He also asked for those reading to spread the word, and that’s precisely what the Claudia in question did, taking to Twitter and lighting up the world.

Tinder themselves were among those getting involved in the viral aftermath:

News channel KY3 eventually united the would-be couple, with Claudia noting that their school schedules are “very busy, so we’re still trying to work with that, but I could see it.”

Result?
