First the Clare hurlers and now Munster rugby; those Arsenal lads love throwing their weight behind Irish sports teams.
Podolski and Cazorla were, of course, pictured showing their support for the Clare hurlers ahead of the All-Ireland Final back in September and now they’ve dragged Mesut Ozil into the mix in an emphatic statement of affection for the men of Munster ahead of their clash with Perpignan tomorrow.
Podolski posted the picture on Twitter a little earlier and while we’re sure he likes his rugby, we’re not sure if it was him who was behind the #kickaheadanyhead and #handswilldoit hashtags, or for writing ‘Stand up and Fight’ on the scrum cap on his head.
Good luck @Munsterrugby tomor V @usap_officiel . Run hard, pass soft. #kickaheadanyhead #handswilldoit #poldi #aha pic.twitter.com/QSx5IPmbCF
