“Submit a tip, get paid.”

The United States of America is offering a reward of up to $1 million (€879,800) for information regarding Hamza Bin Laden, son of late al-Qaeda leader Osama Bin Laden.

Washington, DC-based group Rewards For Justice warns that Hamza Bin Laden is an especially dangerous threat, noting his links to al-Qaeda.

“Hamza bin Laden is the son of deceased former al-Qa’ida leader Usama bin Laden and is emerging as a leader in the al-Qa’ida franchise,” begins their statement.

“He has released audio and video messages on the Internet, calling on his followers to launch attacks against the United States and its Western allies, and he has threatened attacks against the United States in revenge for the May 2011 killing of his father by U.S. military forces.”

Bin Laden is thought to be based near the Afghan-Pakistani border.

His father is most notoriously known for and credited with the attacks on New York City’s World Trade Centre in September of 2001.

Nearly 3,000 civilians, police, and first responders were killed in the attacks.
