It’s not just Galway that felt the full effects of the storm, as the popular surfing spot Lahinch in Co. Clare was also battered by the high winds and rising tides, with footpaths and roads being ripped apart.

A seal was also spotted chilling out in flood waters on South Quay in Wicklow. Safe to say this seals the deal on the weather being pretty woeful.
