Here's how every constituency voted.

Ireland has voted to repeal the Eight Amendment after 66.4% of the country voted Yes. During the press conference that announced the result, Taoiseach Leo Varadkar said that "I said in recent days that this was a once in a generation vote. Today I believe we have voted for the next generation. To those who voted No I know today is not welcome ... I would like to reassure you that Ireland will still be the same country today as it was before, just a little more tolerant, open and respectful." Dublin Bay South had the highest percentage of yes votes with a figure of 78.5%. Dun Laoghaire and Dublin Fingal were also in the top 3. In fact, nine of the top 10 constituencies that voted yes were all in the Dublin area. https://twitter.com/rtenews/status/1000430230564147200 With regards to the specific breakdown of each constituency and county, here are the results- via RTE Carlow-Kilkenny YES 63.5%   NO 36.5% Cavan-Monaghan YES 55.5% NO 44.5% Clare YES 64.3% NO 35.7% Cork East YES 64.1% NO 35.9% Cork North-Central YES 64.0% NO 36.0% Cork North-West YES 60.1% NO 39.9% Cork South-Central YES 68.8% NO 31.2% Cork South-West YES 64.5% NO 35.5% Donegal YES 48.1% NO 51.9% Dublin Bay North YES 74.7% NO 25.3% Dublin Bay South YES 78.5% NO 21.5% Dublin Central YES 76.5% NO 23.5% Dublin Fingal YES 77.0% NO 23.0% Dublin Mid-West YES 73.3% NO 26.7% Dublin North-West YES 73.1% NO 26.9% Dublin Rathdown YES 76.1% NO 23.9% Dublin South-Central YES 74.8% NO 25.2% Dublin South-West YES 74.9% NO 25.1% Dublin West YES 74.0% NO 26.0% Dún Laoghaire YES 77.1% NO 22.9% Galway East YES 60.2% NO 39.8% Galway West YES 65.9% NO 34.1% Kerry YES 58.3% NO 41.7% Kildare North YES 73.6% NO 26.4% Kildare South YES 70.7% NO 29.3% Laois YES 61.4% NO 38.6% Limerick City YES 66.9% NO 33.1% Limerick County YES 58.1% NO 41.9% Longford-Westmeath YES 58.3% NO 41.7% Louth YES 66.6% NO 33.4% Mayo YES 57.1% NO 42.9% Meath East YES 69.2% NO 30.8% Meath West YES 64.0% NO 36.0% Offaly YES 58.1% NO 41.9% Roscommon-Galway YES 57.2% NO 42.8% Sligo-Leitrim YES 59.4% NO 40.6% Tipperary YES 59.1% NO 40.9% Waterford YES 69.4% NO 30.6% Wexford YES 68.4% NO 31.6% Wicklow YES 74.3% NO 25.7%
