The remains were found in Enniskerry on Saturday evening.

Gardaí at Bray are investigating the discovery of human remains in Enniskerry. The discovery was made by a member of the public at approximately 7.45pm on Saturday, June 10, at Military Road in Enniskerry. The member of the public who came upon the remains immediately contacted Gardaí and the scene of the discovery is preserved for a Garda forensic examination. The office of the State Pathologist and the local Coroner has been notified. The remains have yet to be identified and enquiries are ongoing. Searches at the site are continuing and no further information is available at this time Investigating Gardaí are appealing for any person who may have seen anything suspicious in the area or who may have information in relation to this investigation to contact Bray Garda Station on 01-666 5300, the Garda Confidential Line on 1800-666-111 or any Garda Station.
