One Irish person is €500,000 richer after last night’s EuroMillions draw, but the jackpot was actually won in France.
Last night’s draw was worth a cool €36,158,964 and one person managed to match all seven numbers.
The numbers drawn were 7, 19, 26, 42 and 50 and the Lucky Stars were 4 and 9.
But the Irish winner came in the EuroMillions Plus draw with a ticket purchased online.
The winning numbers were 15, 17, 19, 28, and 39.
The National Lottery extended their congratulations to the player who secured themselves the half a million prize.
