Sad news from Sydney

Our thoughts and prayers are with him.

Irishman Jason Cierans has been placed in an induced coma after being severely injured following an incident outside an Australian nightclub.

The Sydney News have described Cierans’ situation as very serious and have reported that he’s currently fighting for his life.

Two men have been detained by the Sydney Police since the incident occurred. One of the men has been charged with affray while the other has been charged with recklessly causing grievous bodily harm.

It is understood that that Mr. Cierans has undergone surgery to relieve pressure on his brain. Needless to say, our thoughts are with him and those closest to him during this difficult time.
