USIT is now accepting applications for Irish students who want to have the time of their life living and working in the USA next summer.
The J1 visa programme will again remain an iconic summer work and travel opportunity for Irish students, continuing a long-standing tradition and a ‘rite of passage’ for young Irish globetrotters.
The applications for 2018 see’s the return of USIT’s hugely successful J1 Basic and J1 Premium packages.
For students wishing to source their own job in the United States of America, the J1 Basic programme is on special offer at just €99 for all bookings made up until the 24 November.
For applicants seeking job assistance, don’t worry as USIT have partnered with hundreds of tried and tested employers looking to fill thousands of roles in all US major cities.
Again on special offer until 24 November, the Premium J1 package will cost just €399, reduced from €699 and this basically sets you up with an employer and provides you with at least one guaranteed job interview in your preferred city which is subject to a first-come-first-serve basis.
Premium package applicants will also have exclusive access to USIT’s J1 Hiring Fairs which are taking place in December, January and February meaning applicants have the opportunity to hold Skype interviews with prospective employers in the USA.

As with previous years, the most popular J1 destinations and corresponding jobs will be the first to go so for anyone that has already decided on doing a J1 next summer, USIT’s advice is to start your application as soon as possible.
