The incident took place in the early hours of Tuesday morning.

Gardaí have launched an investigation into the burglary of a McDonalds in Castletroy, Limerick. The incident, which involved a JCB digger took place at 2.50am on Tuesday, 20 March. The teleporter damaged the outlet's main entrance, but, according to Gardaí nothing was stolen. https://twitter.com/Cooplafocal/status/975998822064312320 The above imaged was taken by Daithi O'Brien at approximately 7.12am, however, the digger has since been removed for examination. Investigations are ongoing.
