There's nothing like rising early on a Sunday for a bike ride to reinvigorate the spirits, which is what Joe Brolly seems to have done today

However, it didn't all go to plan for Brolly, who took what looks like a nasty looking fall on his cycle this morning, and has been left with quite a mark to show for it.
