Sad news coming from England this morning.

Comedian Ronnie Corbett has died surrounded by friends and family at the age of 85.

"Ronnie Corbett CBE, one of the nation's best-loved entertainers, passed away this morning, surrounded by his loving family," said his publicist.

"They have asked that their privacy is respected at this very sad time."

Ronnie Corbett was one half of the legendary Two Ronnies which featured Ronnie Barker, who sadly passed away back in 2005.
