Lidl chocolate bar recall

Be advised.

Lidl has recalled a batch of chocolate bars as a result of allergy concerns.

According to a Food Safety Authority of Ireland (FSAI) posting on Saturday 16 February, the batch in question – six-packs of Mister Choc & Caramel Bars – may contain traces of undeclared peanuts due to incorrect packaging.

As such, customers are advised to return the product to stores for a refund.

All batch codes with a best before date of January 2020 have been recalled.

The specific item can be seen below.
