The man was apprehended after being found in possession of alcohol believed to have been stolen from a bar on Monday.
A man in Limerick has been arrested in relation to 10 criminal incidents in the space of two months.
Gardaí have arrested and charged the man in relation to 10 incidents of burglary, attempted burglary, criminal damage and theft in Limerick over the last two months.
Shortly after 2am on Monday 6 April, Gardaí received a report of a possible break-in at a bar on John Street.
Detective and uniform Gardaí from Roxboro Road carried out a patrol of the area and located a man, aged in his 30s, who was found in possession of alcohol that was believed to have been stolen from the bar.
He was arrested, brought to Henry Street Garda Station and was detained under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act, 1984.
The man was also questioned in relation to a number of other offences that occurred in Limerick over the last two months, including four burglaries and two attempted burglaries at business premises, three instances of criminal damage and one theft from a car.
He has since been charged in relation to the 10 incidents and is due to appear before Limerick District Court on Tuesday morning.
