As if we weren’t already jealous of footballers with their dream jobs and ridiculous wages, Lukas Podolski had to go and tweet a picture with Rihanna’s arms wrapped around him. Lucky ba**ard.
The Arsenal striker attended the sexy popstar’s concert in Cologne last night and having obviously been afforded backstage privileges in his hometown, he not only met Rihanna afterwards but got a picture of her giving him a big hug while he was at it.

She was wearing more clothes than usual, mind, but that still doesn’t mean we wouldn’t have given our left arm to be able to swap places with the German international, whose beaming smile still probably hasn’t left his face. And why wouldn’t he be smiling?
Rihanna is not the only member of the pop music fraternity to forge a relationship with Podolski, of course, as you may remember Justin Bieber posting the following quite bizarre tweet about Podolski a little earlier this year.
