Major traffic delays in Dublin after bus breaks down in the city centre

Conor Heneghan

Just what commuters wanted to hear of a Monday morning.

Commuters making their way into Dublin have been warned of major traffic delays after a bus broke down on Bachelor’s Walk on the North Quays early on Monday morning.

AA Roadwatch say the breakdown has since been cleared but there are still major delays on the quays as the stream of traffic towards the city centre begins to increase.

The effects of the breakdown, according to commuters on Twitter, are being felt a good distance away from the incident.
