A man in his 20s has been injured following a shooting in Meath on Monday night.
The incident took place around 10.25pm on Main Street in Clonee.
It's understood the man in his 20s was injured and removed to James Connolly Memorial Hospital, where his injuries are described as not life threatening.
The scene of the incident has been preserved for a technical examination.
No arrests have been made at this time but Gardaí have said investigations are ongoing.
