A man in his 30s has died following a tractor crash in County Cavan.
The collision occurred on a local road at Ardkill Beg, Carrickaboy, yesterday, Sunday, May 3, just before 12.40pm.
Gardaí and emergency services responded to the collision, but the male driver was pronounced dead at the scene.
His body was removed to Cavan Monaghan General Hospital where a post-mortem examination will take place.
Garda Forensic Collision investigators examined the scene, and Gardaí are now appealing for any witnesses to come forward.
This includes road users who may have camera footage, including dash-cam footage and were travelling in the area between 9:00am and 12:40pm are asked to make this available to investigating Gardaí.

Investigations are ongoing.
