The warning is valid from Saturday, 28 September at 12:00 until Sunday, 29 September at 12:00.
This particular warning follows one that was issued yesterday to four counties that spanned the south coast: Kerry, Cork, Waterford and Wexford. https://twitter.com/MetEireann/status/1177837427060285440 Aside from this rainfall warning, there's a status yellow small craft warning in place too. It states that "westerly winds will reach force 6 or 7 for a time this morning on coasts from Carlingford Lough to Carnsore Pt to Mizen Head. Southwest to northeast winds will reach force 6 or 7 this evening and early tonight on coasts from Carlingford Lough to Roches Pt to Slyne Head."
