The people of Manchester have shown extraordinary courage, compassion and resilience in the face of terror.

Since the attack at Manchester Arena last night, people have come together, taken care of each other and weathered the storm as a community. Individual acts such as taking care of young kids separated from their parents, offering rooms to stranded strangers, or even something as simple as handing out bottles of water, have shown that Manchester is a city built on strong resolve and kind hearts. If you want to help but maybe live too far away, there is one way you can easily contribute: donate. Manchester Evening News have set up a JustGiving page to raise money to support families and victims of the attack. "At least 22 people have been killed and 59 injured after a terrorist attack at the Manchester Arena," the page reads. "Manchester Evening News readers have been asking how they can help, so we have started this fund to help support the families in the aftermath of the attack."
