We have said it before and we will be saying it a lot over the coming week. You can’t fault the Mayo supporters for effort, even if some of it is real horse play.
Last year the Mayo faithful were matched every step of the way by their Donegal counterparts, but this year there is no denying that the fans in the west are leaving no stone unturned to show their support for the men in green and red, with the Dubs trailing in their wake.
We have had countless songs and pictures from afar, but even the horses in Mayo are getting in on the act, with Jack the four-legged supporter in question below.
You have to hand it to them, there is neigh way the Dubs will get the upper hand off the field.
By our reckoning, Jack must be the only supporter in Mayo with a long face.
