One man is spreading some serious Christmas cheer this year with this brilliant gesture
At this time of year, it’s not uncommon for people to be a little bit more generous with their tips as they get that Christmas feeling, but one mystery shopper has been leaving absolutely huge tips in the various places and restaurants that he has been visiting around the US.
According to The Independent, it’s suspected that the anonymous and mysterious tipster is former PayPal VP Jack Selby, and he has been leaving thousands of dollars behind for the folks who dealt with him. For example, he left the very lucky and hard-working Carlos just over $13,000 recently. Not bad going for a night’s work.
Known only as @tipsforjesus on Instagram, he also left a tip of $10,000 recently too, which would have brightened up someone’s evening for sure.
No word yet on if he’s offering hard-working JOE journalists tips for being deadly, but we sincerely hope that he is.
