This addition could turn out to be essential for you when it comes to your Christmas dinner.
It appears there is always something new to learn when it comes to the air fryer, regardless if you’re a new or old user.
And the newly discovered feature is now doing the rounds across social media.
The Ninja Foodi MAX Dual Zone air fryer (model no AF451UK) has a hidden accessory that you have to look for on the left side of your device.
One TikTok user has posted a video where he shows how to find a small, digital probe.

This plugs into the front of the device and can be inserted into your food. This way, you will be able to monitor the food’s temperature in real time as it is being cooked.
Ninja has commented on the video, which now has over 7.5 million views, by jokingly stating that “you lot really don’t read our manuals, do you.”
Some customers of Ninja air fryer said they were ‘mind-blown’ by this feature.
But what does the digital probe do, exactly?
It will make it much easier for you to make sure you are thoroughly cooking your food. This is a must for your Christmas turkey and other dishes you will eat over Christmas, so it comes in handy.
What is more, it can also sync with your Ninja app and you will be updated with the food’s temperature as it cooks.
