Euromillions

One lucky Irish person will be waking up €500,000 richer on Wednesday morning.

Yet another Irish person will be waking up to a shedload of cash (not literally, but you know what we mean) on Wednesday morning, as just one lucky punter claimed the €500,000 top prize in the Ireland-only Euromillions Plus draw on Tuesday night.

Irish people have had their fair share of luck in the Euromillions over the years and to find out if you’re the latest to join a pretty fortunate list, then check your ticket and see if they match those drawn in the Euromillions Plus draw, which were 1, 14, 20, 24 and 44.

There was one winner of the main jackpot of €65,407,072, while the biggest amount claimed by a ticket bought in Ireland was €85, won by 25 people on the night.

Below that, thousands of Irish people won amounts between €4 and €83; if you think you might be one of them, check to see how your numbers match up against the winning ones of 9, 11, 13, 27 and 33.

The Lucky Stars, meanwhile, were 7 and 10.

Was it your lucky day?
