Michaela Brashaye Rylaarsdam has been charged with second-degree murder.
OnlyFans creator Michaela Brashaye has been charged with murder after a client died whilst creating a video.
It’s been reported that 55-year-old Michael Dale, who paid her £8,000, tragically died during a BDSM fetish video they were creating.
The 31-year-old OnlyFans model, who goes by the stage name Asshley Sincal, filmed the risqué video for her account which she shared with her husband.
An affidavit reviewed by the San Diego Union-Tribune revealed that the victim had paid her £8,000 to restrain him in plastic wrap and duct tape, which led to suffocation.
The mother of three was arrested last month and charged with second-degree murder.
She has pleaded not guilty and is currently awaiting trial.
According to the report, Rylaarsdam informed police that despite having no prior BDSM experience, the deceased contracted her to ‘wrap him like a mummy’ in Saran wrap and affix a pair of women’s boots to his feet.
“The evidence showed that he hired her to perform bondage acts and fetish acts,” he said. “There is no indication that he asked her to obstruct his breathing, asked her to put tape over his mouth, asked her to put a plastic bag over his head.”
It is alleged Dale ‘appeared intoxicated’ when Rylaarsdam arrived at his home around 6pm.
“Despite that fact, Rylaarsdam decided to spend the next several hours with Dale and engaged in fetish behaviour at Dale’s request,” the affidavit states.
Footage allegedly captures the OnlyFans model realising the situation had turned dangerous and hurriedly dialling 911.
When police arrived at the scene, they found Rylaarsdam performing CPR on Dale, who was declared brain dead at a hospital.
He was removed from life support days later, with his official cause of death being deemed a lack of oxygen to the brain.
