Oscar Pistorius has been granted bail by the High Court in Pretoria, as he awaits sentencing for the murder of his girlfriend, Reeva Steenkamp.
Judge Thokozile Masipa's original conviction of culpable homicide has been overturned by the Supreme Court of Appeal because it was "fundamentally flawed".
Sky Newshave reported the terms of Pistorius' bail, with the South African required to hand over his passport, wear an electronic tag and only allowed leave his premises between the hours of 7am and 12pm, where he can travel no further than 20km away.
Pistorius is set to return to court on April 18, as it is believed he will launch one final appeal against the sentence of murder with the Constitutional Court.
The athlete served only a year of an original five-year sentence, before his release in October 2015.
