JOE is always careful when it comes to what we write about because we don't want to be tracked by "The Man". That's why all of our staff wear tinfoil hats while writing on their laptops. True story... Ok, we don't really, but this trend might catch on now that we have decided to write about the CIA. You may have seen that the USA's first line of  intelligence-gathering has recently joined the Twitterverse and, to mark their one month anniversary, they decided to tweet the five most popular questions that they've been asked so far. To say the questions are varied is a massive understatement...
