This is just a snapshot of the busiest day of the year for Dublin’s fire fighters…
JOE loves Halloween just as much as all of our great readers but for fire fighters all around Ireland this is most definitely their busiest night.
Fireworks and bonfires are extremely dangerous when left unattended and we all have heard some of the horror stores which can ensue but fire brigades up and down the country have been on call all over the Halloween weekend as they keep neighbourhoods and people safe.
While we can’t mention every fire station in Ireland, we have decided to take a look at Dublin because they were definitely busier than most due to the population difference.
The Dublin Fire Brigade were live tweeting their evenings activity and here is just a brief insight into their nights work.
Here’s hoping that everyone stays safe over the weekend and a big well done to all the fire fighters up and down the country.
