That's the deal proposed by one Dublin man about to lose his best friend to the Rebel County.
The ad specifies the young fella's attributes, likes and dislikes, so you have a good idea of whether or not you would get along.
According to his best friend, Conor is supposedly good as a wingman, a corner back and a Guinness-drinking accomplice.
Not a bad list of accolades.
Conor likes Guinness, hurling, JOE.ie, Roy Keane, Daniel O'Donnell and Chuck Norris facts.
Standard stuff, I'm sure many can relate to these.
He dislikes Roscommon, hangovers, Cork, people who walk in the middle of the footpath, France, Fair City, Bono, Loud Eaters and Custard creams.
Fairly lengthy list there.
Unfortunately, the ad also stresses the fact that it is a one-year rental only, so for anyone looking for a long term friendship I'm afraid you will be disappointed.
Conor must be given back to his original owner after a year "or there will be trouble."
Obviously Conor has a fond owner.
