Our dear leader was definitely up for the craic at the ladies football showpiece yesterday.
The curtain came down on a pretty classy summer of GAA at Croke Park yesterday as Offaly, Cavan and Cork swept up the three ladies football titles at HQ.
As you might expect on any big day, president Michael D Higgins, President of the Ladies Gaelic Football Association Pat Quill and Taoiseach Enda Kenny were all in attendance but this picture shows that only one of the trio was in the mood for some messing yesterday.
This picture shows Enda perform a world-class photobomb (or potential Manu Tuilagi bunny ears move) on two unidentified female spectators posing for a snap. Perhaps Enda knew the two women or perhaps he was just in the mood for a joke.
Whatever it was, the look on Quill’s face (on Enda’s right) suggests it wasn’t pre-planned.
