It’s early doors on Halloween, but we’re pretty sure this kid has won best costume already.

Martyn Rosney tweeted this picture this morning and we were gob-smacked at the complete coolness of this kid’s costume. Everything is awesome about it…

JOE remembers being a kid and going to school dressed in a bin liner with mammy’s pink lipstick on our face to represent blood. We didn’t win any prizes.

After a quick search we’ve found that the costume was made by an American Instructables.com user from Missouri who goes by the name Blaze03. Speaking about the costume’s construction, Blaze said: “The head and hair are just a sheet of dense foam. I cut out many of the needed diameter and glued them all together.

“After that had died I used a coarse wood file to start shaping the foam to my desired shape. I then coated it in resin and painted it. The whole body is nothing more than precisely cut junk cardboard scraps taped together and covered in resin.”

If you fancy making the costume for yourself your kid then head over to Instructables.com where Blaze has kindly posted the ‘How To’ instructions.
