PIC: Garda speedcam caught a car driving at an outrageous speed last night

Always drive safely.

Gardaí arrested a male driver for going well over the country's maximum speed limit on the M7 near Kildare last night. The guards took to their Twitter account to share a photo of their speedcam which clocked the driver going at an outrageous 208km/h, which translates to almost 130 miles. According to their Twitter, the Gardaí arrested and charged the man - who will now appear in court in Naas to answer for the offence next month. https://twitter.com/GardaTraffic/status/693699038500253696 A timely reminder that you should always treat the road with respect, and never endanger yourself or others by ignoring the speed limit.
