Pic: Holy crap! This 103rd storey glass ledge in Chicago cracked underneath these tourists

Are you scared of heights? No? Then this should do the trick...

You know the way you go on holiday to a new city and you want to check out all of the main tourist attractions, we all do it. When you go to Chicago you visit the bean, Grant Park, the shoreline... and THE LEDGE. The Ledge is essentially four glass boxes suspended off the side of the 103rd story of Chicago’s Willis Tower and, as you can imagine, it gives you a pretty spectacular view of Chi-town. All smiles and weird finger poses going on there, the lads look pretty pleased with themselves. What could ruin that moment, that beautiful moment between friends? How about the glass underneath them cracking, even though it's supposed to hold up to five tonnes. JOE's just sweating at the thought of it. Here's the after picture...

That must have been terrifying for the lads who obviously got back to the ground floor as quick as they possibly could. We're speculating that they certainly needed a stiff drink and a new pair of boxers pronto. Hat-tip to mediaite.com
