You can never tell what path different people are going to take in life, but some seem destined to go in a certain direction from the day they were born due to the name bestowed on them by their parents.

Former Olympic swimmer Jeff Float is one example and multiple Olympic 100 and 200 metre champion Usain Bolt is another obvious one, but while both of those went onto enjoy success inextricably related to their respective surnames, unfortunately it works the other way as well.

A case in point is 62-year old Donald Popadick, who, according to the News Ottowa website, was arrested in Mooney’s Bay Park – no we’re not making this up – earlier this week after several complaints were made in the last number of weeks about an adult male exposing himself in the area.

Popadick was due to appear in court Wednesday to explain himself and while he’ll no doubt claim that the reports are a mere fabrication, or a cock and balls story, the sheer weight of evidence would suggest that he was indeed caught with his pants down and that turning the other cheek will not be an option for the judge presiding over the case.
