At first you might think it’s the wheelie bin, but take a closer look…
Another day, another dramatic illustration of the effect that the weather is having around the country, with the latest effort coming from Castletroy in Limerick courtesy of JOE reader Rory Cunningham, who sent it our way a little earlier today.
At first glance, you might think it’s a p*sstake along the lines of the meme with the fallen chair that does the rounds anytime there’s a bad storm or mention of a minor earthquake, but look closer and you’ll see that it’s not just the wheelie bin but half the wall that’s the victim in this case, which Rory tells us is a direct consequence of the incredibly strong winds battering the country at present.
