Do you remember a time before Teresa Mannion?
A time before the RTÉ western correspondent went outside into the lashings of Storm Desmond with her mic and her rain mac and reminded us all not to swim in the sea during a horrific storm, nor make any unnecessary journeys?
At this point, she’s become embedded in Irish culture as the woman who gave the most dramatic weather report of all time.
Today, she was delivering a report on the general election results coming out of Connacht, and everyone was thinking the same thing.
Oh there's @TeresaMannion nice and dry inside reporting on #ge16
