Never has the term ‘relief worker’ seemed so inappropriate.
The 11,000 plus followers of the Guardian Development Pros account on Twitter might well have spotted that there was something wrong in a tweet sent with a link to an article about a humanitarian assignment in Afghanistan this morning.
That’s right, that’s not how you spell ‘peek’. Also, that’s a sex toy you can see clearly in the background. Wait, what?

Not surprisingly, the tweet has since been deleted, but not before a screengrab circulated its way around the internet.
Thankfully for the relief worker in question, there’s no way of identifying them from their belongings in the picture above; we’re just surprised they were so willing to have the contents of their luggage photographed in the first place.
