We are being told that property prices may make a small increase over the next while, but some people really need to iron out the meaning of the word 'small.' This charming little house in Cork is on the market for a whopping €42 million in what would have to be considered a questionable investment. capture-20140820-120241 We like the audacity of the ad and we like to think that some A-List Hollywood star would invest in the property, although we think the four words "in need of refurbishment" may scare off potential buyers...
