We’ve seen a lot of good floats in our day, but this one is right up there with the best of them…
Two men from Dublin, with the help of their Canadian friend, have created a pretty special St Patrick’s Day float for a parade in Canada today.
Brothers James and Sean McQuillan, have been living in Ontario, Canada for the past five years and have found a yearly hobby building exceptional floats for the annual St Patrick’s Day parade along with their friend Stephen McConnell from Toronto.
This year’s float is a replica of the GPO in Dublin in recognition of the 100 year celebration of the 1916 rising.
It looks fantastic…
The brothers have won first prize for their efforts in the parade for the last two years with Katie Taylor and Viking-themed floats and we think that success this year is highly likely.
