The commute home has been made harder
Anti-water charge protesters have caused rush hour chaos on O’Connell street in Dublin this evening as people sat down in the middle of the road and refused to move.
Gardaí have confirmed that the protesters have now relocated directly in front of the GPO but traffic remains blocked for those looking to head in a northbound direction.
Dublin: protest march moving down North quays towards O Connell St at the moment. Take alternative route if possible.
