The weather hasn’t been great, but we hope you weren’t caught outside when these giant hailstones were falling
From wind to rain to sleet and the tiniest bit of snow, we’ve almost seen it all this week, and after this picture was sent into us by Conor Rooney, we’ve also seen hailstones, and pretty big ones at that.
Using a lovely festive Brussels sprout as a size guide, you can get an idea of just how big they were and imagine the type of damage they might have caused.
However, we hope that Conor isn’t going to try and use this as an excuse to ditch that sprout before the big day. If we have to eat them then you do too, Conor.
