Would you be desperate enough to pay rent in this apartment?
JOE reader Cian O’Connor came across this flat to rent in Rathmines in Dublin on Daft.ie, and if this doesn’t sum up how hard it is to find quality, reasonably priced accommodation in the Irish capital then nothing does.
The person advertising the property appears to have wedged two beds into a kitchen, which he’s putting on the rental market at €95-a-week per bed.
Oh, and he or she is calling it a ‘Shared Bedroom.’

All-in-all, the landlord can expect to take in €3,960-a-month for this if five people decide that they want to take it over.
