The school issued a warning on Wednesday night.

People have been warned of a Go Get Funding Me page claiming to be raising money for funeral costs for a 32-year-old mother of two, Dawn Croke, who died when she was hit by a jeep in Dungloe last week. Rosses Community School, where Croke used to teach, issued a warning on their official Facebook page. It read: "It has come to our attention that a false gogetfunding page has been set up in our name. Please DO NOT donate and report wherever you see it. Thank you." The page is said to have made over €10,000 at the time of writing. Dawn Croke's mother has also taken to Facebook to ask people not to donate, and to say that they are "very upset" about the whole thing.
