Start the countdown.
If you don’t look forward to sitting down to watch The Late Late Toy Show every year, you’re not living.
Last year’s show gave us countless memories including the wonderful moment when Michael O’Brien met Wexford manager Davy Fitzgerald.
As is the norm, we’re expecting plenty more magical moments in this year’s show and during a recent interview with Her.ie, Ryan Tubridy has confirmed that this year’s Late Late Toy show will air on 29 November.
Tubridy announced the date today at the launch of RTÉ’s new season, and we’re already looking forward to his jumper choices.
He said: “It’s true – if we left it any later, we are getting into the 6th or 7th of December, and that’s a bit late. What happened was, we got a call from the North Pole and Santa said I don’t have time to get all the toys get ready [for the later date], because kids watch the show. When Santa comes knocking, you do what he says.”
Cue the mad rush to get tickets to the show.
